Poster Guidelines

The poster session gives an opportunity to interact with senior faculty and share your ideas and get the suggestions in return which make this session an interactive and encouraging bit for the young researchers.

Guaranteed dimensions: 1 meter x 1 meter

Note:
The poster boards or the area designed for the sessions limits the dimension of the posters to the mentioned numbers.
Meticulous checking is required in all posters for typographic and grammatical mistakes and image (usage of color) quality.

Printing:

Presenters are responsible for printing their own posters in advance of the conference. The recommended size for posters is 3 feet (width) by 4 feet (height).

Content:

Posters should be relevant to the conference theme and should clearly communicate the presenter's research. Posters should be structured in a clear and concise manner, with a title, introduction, methods, results, and conclusion section. Avoid overloading the poster with too much text or information, and aim to use visual aids such as graphs, images, and tables to effectively communicate your key points.

Design:

Posters should be visually appealing and easy to read. Use a clear and legible font, and ensure that the text and visual aids are organized in a logical and easy-to-follow manner. Use contrasting colors to ensure that the text and visuals stand out.

Presenters should be available to present their posters during the designated poster session. During the session, presenters should be prepared to answer questions and discuss their research with attendees.
